Anna Plotkina, Psy.D. is a Licensed Clinical Psychoogist. Dr. Plotkina has put her passion and training to use in community mental health clinics, private practices, schools, and rehabilitation and nursing home facilities. Dr. Plotkina’s education and clinical training focused on adult individuals with histories of trauma, recurring anxiety, depression, and interpersonal and life transition issues. She is also experienced in providing psychological assessment as well as individual, group and family therapy treatment for children and adolescents presenting with emotional and behavioral challenges. She is a contributing author to a forthcoming graduate-level psychology textbook.
Dr. Plotkina takes an integrated approach to her work, using a variety of modalities such as psychodynamic therapy and CBT. Her professional commitment to compassionate, collaborative treatment ensures a personalized methodology tailored to each individual’s needs and personal goals.
