Pathways Psychological Services is a Manhattan-based group practice providing evidence-based psychotherapy and psychological assessment services for adults navigating anxiety, ADHD-related executive functioning challenges, burnout, trauma, and reproductive mental health concerns.
We collaborate with referring providers to support patients during periods of emotional strain, diagnostic uncertainty, and life transition.
Clinical Areas of Focus
We commonly receive referrals for adults presenting with:

- adult ADHD and executive functioning difficulties

Psychological & Neuropsychological Assessment
We provide comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessments for adolescents and adults when diagnostic clarification or cognitive evaluation is indicated.

Referrals for assessment are accepted from physicians, prescribers, therapists, schools, workplaces, and via self-referral.

We aim to make referrals straightforward while protecting patient privacy.

With patient consent, providers may contact our practice to facilitate referral or consultation coordination.

Providers are welcome to reach out with questions regarding fit or referral considerations prior to patient outreach.

Insurance & Fees
We are in-network with select insurance plans and also offer self-pay options. Fees vary by clinician and service type. Our administrative team reviews fees, coverage, and payment details with patients prior to initiating care.
